In the reimagining of Banana Yoshimoto's poignant novel "Kitchen," a narrative of delicate human emotions encompassing themes of grief, loss, identity, and non-traditional families comes to life. My role in this project involved crafting a series of book cover iterations, to convey themes of comforting foods, takes of femininity and it's struggles, evoking the complexities of the story's heartfelt exploration.
